It is to be noted that this year Kedarnath Dham will remain open for 202 days, therefore, a rise in the number of visitors by 5 lakh is also being expected.

Last year, in the religious yatra of Char Dham and Hemkund Sahib, about 34.10 lakh pilgrims visited, out of which 11.74 lakh people visited Badrinath; 4.65 lakh visited Yamunotri; 5.30 lakh paid homage in Gangotri; and around 10 lakh devotees seeked blessings at Kedarnath. The number of pilgrims is expected to increase even more in 4 Dham Yatra 2022.
